FOR STUDENTS. THIS INCLUDES ALL SCHOOL ACTIVITIES, FIELD TRIPS, AND FACILITY USE THROUGH MARCH 29, 2020. FURTHER INFORMATION FROM YOUR

DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT WILL BE FORTHCOMING.

K4, K5 & Transfer Student Registration for 2020-2021

Registration packets for students entering the Midland K4 and K5 Programs for the 2020-2021 academic

year will be available in the Administrative Office of the Midland Elementary-Middle school. To enroll in

Midland's K4/K5 programs the child must be 4 years old by September 1 or 5 years old by September 1.

For all new students the District requires a copy of your child's current immunization records, birth certificate,

proof of residency with the Midland address

Acceptable documents to establish residency include a deed, lease, current utility bill, or tax receipt

and a copy of the parent/guardian's PA drivers license or PA state ID with the Midland address

in order to enroll your child.
