  • 4 & 5 YEAR OLD KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION 2017-2018
    Enrollment packets are available in the Administrative Office of the Midland Elementary-Middle School for students who will be entering the 2017-2018 4 & 5 year old Kindergarten programs. Children must be 4 years old on or before September 1 to enroll in the 4 year old program or 5 years old on or before September 1 to enroll in the 5 year old Kindergarten program.

    The following documents are required to complete the registration process:
    Birth Certificate
    Current Immunization Records
    Proof of Residency
    (Acceptable documents to establish residency include a deed, lease, current utility bill or tax receipt)

    Orientation for the K4 & K5 programs will be held Monday, August 28, 2017 from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm at the Midland Elementary-Middle School.

Register for an account to view school lunch information, account balances, recent purchases, and add money to your child's account.    See results of tests and assignments as soon as they are recorded, enabling you to intervene quickly and communicate with teachers, if necessary.     Access your child's assignments and view important lessons daily. Teacher's lesson plans are posted weekly and are subject to change.
